Introduction

OUR 3 in 1 product makes delivering unique presentations online much easier than creating them! OURlesson is for capturing, categorising and publishing lessons. OURpresenter makes the process of capturing and publishing your presentations swift and smart and OURmessage is an ultra fast method for creating powerful messages and delivering them online fast via YouTube. All are created using the same software but how you maximise the opportunity in each market sector is different and OUR has the know how to ensure you get the best out of this powerful and valuable proposition!

What are we offering?

1. The OURmessage software for PC enables you to record simultaneously (if required) video or similar input AND capture from the screen or a selected window and then by clicking 'SEND' publishes your creation to YouTube which limits the presentation to 10 minutes. Alternatively you may post to the OUR Trial Site or save out the file (where perhaps you may wish to edit it using any standard video editing package).

2. With OURlesson we are offering a full media storage and auto categorisation online service which is designed to make it easy for schools and colleges to record, store and automatically publish lessons/lectures but this time with no limit to length and often higher in quality.

3. With OURpresenter we are offering the same facilities for organisations and businesses but who have slightly different content management and security requirements

4. We have the OUR services team who are able to design, customise and integrate with most learning environments or intranets and even provide training if required

OURlesson and OURpresenter are services which extend the capability of the OURmessage recorder by allowing longer presentations (limited only by your hard-drive storage) and also higher quality video output for your intended viewers.

OURmessage Recorder Software

The unique OUR software has been designed with simplicity in mind. Use it to capture your PC screen in conjunction with a webcam or video feed, plus audio in just a few clicks. There's no technical setup to get lost in - simply choose what you want to record and start the Recorder when you're ready to go.

The Recorder will accept video from:

• Webcams
• Video Cameras
• Visualisers/Document Cameras
• USB Microscopes
• any other USB enabled device with a DirectShow-compatible Windows Driver

The Recorder operates out of sight from your desktop, so you won't even notice that it's there. Simply concentrate on your lesson, presentation or training session.

Publish

When you have finished recording, you can review your video and attach documents and files* to it before uploading it to the Internet straight away!

The software handles everything necessary to publish your video online. It will even send an email straight to your in box to let you know when it's done, with a link directly to the video so you can review it and share it instantly.

If you don't happen to be connected to the Internet when recording, don't worry. The Recorder will store a temporary copy of your video and queue it to be uploaded as soon as your machine is connected again.

NEW! You can now publish your presentations in OUR's unique dual screen format to your YouTube account! The URL will be created in an instant and once processed at YouTube will be available to viewers. It is so fast that one can often create the rich message faster than typing and sending an e-mail. With the opportunity for syndication through social networks there are no limits to the effectiveness of your media rich communications!

So how do I watch my videos back online?

When published, your recordings are automatically uploaded to either your dedicated OUR video website (where content may be secured and auto-categorised) or embedded within your learning environment or intranet), saved as a file to be viewed or edited externally or simply accessed from YouTube (limited to 10 minutes)
